COVID-19 Response

We are making changes to the way we work in order to best support you during this challenging period.

Wow, haven’t things changed in a short time! Who would have thought that a massage would be living dangerously?

We feel that our best way to be with this changed situation is to be even more tantric and to remember that tantra isn’t just about touch and sex but includes all facets of being human. If ever we needed a reminder of our interconnectedness this pandemic is it!

For everyone at the moment, keeping our distance is top priority, so our classic workshop format is not possible.

To best protect us all, and, at the same time, create some stability for the future, we have postponed the next three months of this year’s programme. We are restructuring the programme for the rest of the year to accommodate this. We feel that 3 months is realistic but, depending upon how the spring unfolds, we may need to make more adjustments.

If you have already booked onto a workshop or training, we will be contacting you within the next two weeks, with alternative dates. The revised dates will be posted on our calendar page soon.

We welcome new bookings and would like to reassure you that any bookings you make are transferable/refundable, should we need to reschedule.

In the meantime, we are setting up some on-line resources to support you through this period of lockdown and until we can meet face to face again:

  • Free weekly on-line sessions.

At a time when many of us are feeling less connected, we are hosting a community sharing circle every Thursday evening between 18:30-19:55, open to old and new friends. Tantra is about intimacy and intimacy is not just about touch.  We are offering these sessions as a virtual space for intimacy through speaking and listening from the heart. This tantric style of communication brings us back to our centre whilst at the same time bringing us closer to another.

Each week will have a different theme and format. These sessions open with a tantric style guided meditation. Then we take a theme that highlights how tantra supports our everyday life. You then have space to go deeper into your personal experience of this theme, supported by one or two others.

Please join us each Thursday 18:30-19:55 via this link.

  • Free weekly distant healing

Each Wednesday between 9 and 9.30 pm Elara and Cindy are hosting a Reiki distant healing session. We invite anyone who wishes to benefit from, or contribute to this healing session to take time out and join us in stillness. All requests for healing are welcome.

  • Ho’oponopono ceremony

On Tuesday 28th April we are holding our Ho’oponopono forgiveness ceremony via Zoom. It will be our first online event. This process is a powerful tool for the healing of ourselves and the planet. There is a charge for this event. Click here to book.

  • Pay from the heart on-line tantra sessions

We are living in strange economic times. We have lost our main income stream as have many of you. So rather than charging a fee for these on-line sessions, we invite you to “pay from the heart” – an amount that you feel balances the gifts you receive from our work with the amount you can currently afford.

To create these sessions, we are converting some of our favourite tantric practices from physical to virtual format. Currently these include “opening the heart”, tantric style self massage, and “celebration of the senses”. Once we have done this, the dates will go on the calendar.

  • We are revamping the Sacred Light Events Facebook page.

We are relaunching it as Sacred Light Community. This group is open to all. Please invite friends to join. We will post details of our upcoming online sessions and other events here.

  • New Facebook group Sacred Light Tantra Peer Community.

This is a closed group for those of you who have done a tantric workshop or training with Sacred Light Tantra or Tantra North.  We have set this up as a safe space to share between yourselves and create your own online support community, which you are welcome to join.

Stay Safe, Stay Well, Stay Connected
