Come and join a 3 hour workshop based on The Erotic Mind by Jack Morin –Â a sex therapy book which helps us understand what will turn us on and why, the habits we get trapped in, and the way through and out; allowing the creating of long term erotic relationships and exciting short encounters with a healthy free-of- fixations eroticism.Â
In sharing our peak experiences, we can begin to identify a Core Erotic Theme, which in turn helps us understand our personal erotic charge. It also shows us what we’re avoiding. Ultimately this helps you get unstuck from limited ways we see our sexual world. Once we know this, it’s possible see what’s unconsciously pulling our strings.Â
This allows us to open up to different new experiences, rather than stay fixed in the groove of past ones. To meet others free of the ties that bind. Otherwise unaware yet compelled, we try to make others ‘fit’ or and then get disappointed when they don’t.
Its natural to want what we want, to respond to what we already know, to seek out the familiar. Yet expanding our ideas of arousal and broadening the repertoire of what we enjoy also lead to a newer type of satisfaction, embodiment and liberation.Â
